Working as a Camp Counselor has allowed me to acquire exceptional communication skills crucial for thriving in Johnson & Johnsons corporate work environment. This position has allowed me to effectively correspond with people ranging in all ages through providing assistance in a variety of daily activities. I was able to identify and respond accordingly to any camper disagreements or issues resolving problematic situations through communicating various solutions. At other times, I utilized my communicative skills to collaborate with fellow counsellors and build trust among the parents and children. The skills demonstrated in this position are valuable assets to communicating effectively and building strong relationships with Johnson & Johnson employees, clients, and management.

Furthermore, I have developed exceptional leadership and analytical skills through various leadership positions. These positions offered me the opportunity to efficiently systematize a group of individuals and analytically solve any problematic situations that arise. These roles have been influential in allowing me to recruit and manage a well run team, optimizing the potential of every member, as well as the overall performance of the whole group. The transferrable skills demonstrated in these positions will allow me to analyze supply chain metrics and investigate root causes on supply chain issues as a member of Johnson & Johnson
