Ultimately, financial service is the people business. As J.P. Morgan boasts one of the most diverse groups of ambitious and goal-oriented individuals in the industry, the bank is my dream place to work and grow alongside those dynamic people.

Among all the positions, I want to join the Finance team. Because Finance is across all lines of business within banking business, it is not surprising that banks have been emphasis emphasizing and working to enhance their finance function ever since they started the businesses. And there is no doubt that financial management is an integral part of J.P. Morgan’s commitment that helps the bank to provide consistent and high quality returns to our shareholders.

It is clear that a role in Finance requires excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and team working ability. As a postgraduate student versed in the financial information digging and analysis, this role lends itself well to me. On the one hand, a heavy undergraduate classwork load in subjects such as accounting, statistics, and economics equipped me with solid numerical and analytical skills; on the other hand, I have developed and enhanced my interpersonal skills through extracurricular activities and internships. Having carried out various group coursework and team projects, I become a critical thinker and can work efficiently and collaboratively in a team. Besides, I am also a fast learner with an eagerness to resolve challenges in a fast-moving environment.
