Investment Banking Analyst
I am a Master in Management student at EMLyon
Business School majoring in Corporate Finance. Having a mathematical
background, I am seeking for a significant work experience in Mergers and
Acquisitions. Having grown up in four countries, studied in France and living
in Shanghai, I have interpersonal skills that have made me a team-worker. As a
result, I am applying for an internship in M&A beginning in April 2017.

team covers all my expectations of a rewarding job. I had the opportunity to learn
about the expectations at JPMorgan Chase & Co. with friends of mine and EM Lyon’s
Alumni who are part of the Investment Bank staff. I learnt that working in the
M&A team implies a strong dedication to work, a solid training and a huge
exposure to deals.
My most recent internship at Mazars
(April-August 2016) in Transaction Services taught me essential knowledge about
valuation, financial modelling and M&A accounting. With my civil
engineering internship at Eiffage I gained a huge capacity of analysis and
synthesis having daily constraints and changes on construction site. I have a
strong dedication to work cobuilding Xewlou, a web business start-up in
Senegal, managing the technical and financial aspects.
I would truly appreciate to assist my team to
pitch top tier companies and investors and to work in a high-paced environment
while having the scope to learn continuously and being intellectually
challenged.
I am convinced that this personal insight in Investment
Banking will confirm my desire to work in this field.
Finally, I am convinced that with my formal
education and my personal feature, having practical experiences will make me
