In reply to your advertisement, I am pleased to enclose my resume to apply for a Consultant position in Hanoi office.

Please find attached my resume which highlights my prior professional experience and skills of most relevance to this position. In particular, I would like to bring to your attention the following:

� I finished my Bachelor of Commerce, major in Finance which was taken at University of Wollongong, Wollongong Australia in 2010. I have recently completed Diploma of Accounting at TAFE NSW, Australia in July, 2014.

�Effective communication skills have been demonstrated throughout my living, studying and working experience in Vietnam, New Zealand & Australia. These give me good communication skills both verbal and written English & Vietnamese with different people from different countries and also a deep understanding and high adaptability in different environments. My overall IELTS score is 7.0 as attached in the Test Report form.

� As being part of professional administrative support role, I'm required to use Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, MYOB and flexibility in different databases on a daily basis and I'm highly proficient in this regard. My work experience has been well demonstrated ability in word processing and spread sheets which include, but is not limited to, data entry with database and Excel spread sheets, formatting and providing content with Power Point presentations, internet-based research, writing letters, electronic mail-outs, preparation of financial transactions with efficient and accurate typing skills that are met different needs of users including students, staff and external clients.

� Deep interest in and knowledge of client service focus was clearly demonstrated through my work experience at WGE Group in providing high quality customer service support for external customers, sub-contractors and internal staffs at different divisions in a busy team environment such as solving problems related to i­­­nternal accounts department. Further experience gained when I started working at University of Wollongong & RMIT International University Vietnam which is valuable to enhance my career in future. It particularly supports prospective and current university students and it is important to reassure there is someone listening and caring student’s enquiries when they come.

Demonstrated ability to develop a wide range of events to meet students, staffs and visitors interests

Acting as Events Coordinator as well as in Executive Board of Vietnamese Student Association for the last few years was such a great opportunity to get involved in Campus life along with academic life and enhance Vietnamese student experience such as Clubs Day, Orientation Week, Club Welcome BBQ, Food Stall & Global Highway in International Week, Market Day, Flood Victim Donation, Vietnamese Club Soccer Cup throughout the year. Also, being part of Faculty of Law, UOW in 2011, getting involved and supporting in Graduation Ceremony, Law Prize Night Ceremony (August 2011), Life at Law School for Early Entry 2012, Law Breakfast Event & Faculty of Law Scholarships Interview 201 as well as RMIT Graduation Ceremony 2012 not just highlighted the Faculty success and also made a contribution to my future career goals and achievements.

� A proven record of ability to work effectively & responsibly in a team environment which requires meticulous attention to details; problem solving; time management skills and consistency whilst meeting strict deadlines. Furthermore, completing Customer Care workshop series for RMIT staff which was held in Hanoi in December 2012 was an amazing opportunity to learn how to communicate effectively with even difficult customers such as students and their parents in a professional manner as well as maintain high level of customer service standards.
