My accumulated experiences in finance focus on my ability to gather data from a range of sources and apply that information to various tasks. It involved producing marketing materials, writing investment proposals. Analysing financial statements to issue credit limits was part of my brokerage experience in London. My roles included interacting with all levels in an organisation, liaising with colleagues on ongoing projects. I have a comprehensive knowledge of company valuation techniques (DCF, multiples, comparables), building financial models in Excel, and extensive experience of interacting with different parties involved such as operations, compliance, risks.

In my recent position as Financial Markets Analyst at Amplify Trading, I mainly dealt on Equities and Fixed Income products. My duties involve markets researching for investment ideas and producing daily strategies under the supervision of a Senior Analyst and the Risk Manager. This position allowed me to improve my critical thinking and analysing of the markets and the factors that impact assets prices. Besides, managing an account for the firm developed my risk assessing skills as a key factor of my overall performance assessment.

My interest in the Corporate Finance job opportunity within KPMG was motivated mainly by the company’s leading global presence within the corporate finance industry, and as such its exposure to different industries which ultimately will develop competencies and expertise in many businesses. It does require excellent analytical and thinking skills, the ability to communicate and the need of having the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. All these points make this position a challenge I am willing to seize, thus my willingness to relocate as well.
