With a background in pharmacy and management education, I have an exposure to various projects related to research, field work and analysis. My capstone project in MBA has given me an understanding of qualitative and quantitative research, wherein I led a team of six people. This experience instilled in me leadership skills and also introduced me to the concept of field work and data collection, data cleaning, data analysis and interpretation of the results.

Currently I am pursuing a Post Graduate diploma in Health Economics. This Diploma so far has helped me in gaining a clear perspective about the multifaceted nature of Public Health Systems and Healthcare Financing, Project Management and further polished my skills with respect to research, data analysis and literature review. It includes critically analysing the theoretical concepts and quantitative analysis (STATA) of data as well.

I have seen the interiors and condition of local community especially with respect to maternal and child health. The PGDHEP program has a module on Epidemiology helped me further to develop an understanding of the reason behind unsatisfactory health outcomes and thus, I developed a keen interest for working in projects aimed at solving critical questions to improve the overall status of populations.

I am proficient in working with MS Office, STATA and know the basics of SPSS.
