to work in dynamic environment and constantly develop new skills. My current position has given me exposure to the way Deutsche Bank distributes UCITS and AIFs (some structured products too) in EMEA and APAC, and contributed to my knowledge of associated regulations in different jurisdictions. It also helped me to learn how to effectively approach and successfully advise people from different regions or business lines. My inter-team involvement helped me to be selected for several internal projects for enhancing risk control framework of the bank resulting in implementing these controls globally. Previously as an in-house counsel in NPL portfolio purchase business, I have successfully built the legal department. Efficient advice during negotiations of several portfolios, as well as rewarding coordination of three external law offices and internal organization of the department have, inter alia, brought me promotion to the department head which I passed because of the scholarship for LL.M at X.

When you review my CV, you will see that I started as M&A analyst focused on privatization sell and –buy side deals (in the leading IB boutique in SEE region where I did internship too). Although initially still without bachelor’s degree, I was entrusted with significant responsibilities in a highly dynamic business environment where I learned how to search and analyze data, enhanced my presentation skills and get used to work under significant time pressure. I believe that my cross-functional knowledge, combined with the entrepreneurial spirit and analytical thinking will allow me to make an immediate impact at my new role.
