I am a Graduate student at New York University, pursuing Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Polytechnic School of Engineering, accented with the latest trends and techniques of the field. I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology. As an aspiring Manufacturing Engineer, I seek a challenging and rewarding opportunity in the industry focusing on Logistics and Supply chain.

My recent work experience includes working as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture and summer internship at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. At Accenture, I worked on a retail supply chain management based project which gave me working knowledge of Retail end-to-end network. My job responsibilities included monitoring production jobs and troubleshooting them in case of failures.During my internship I implemented Total Productive maintenance techniques for reducing the down time on Welding line. Currently I am working as a student assistant for New York University- Finance department and where I am responsible for budget allocation and processing of invoices for clients.

My graduate study projects include a) Building of Supply chain network for dollar tree store b) Identifying projects that are exciting using datamining algorithms. These projects gave me deep understanding to Supply chain principles and in depth understanding of the important attributes which count towards decision making.
