As a Research Assistant, I was able to supplement my knowledge in Information Retrieval by extracting & processing large amounts of data. My key responsibilities include developing scripts in Python to extract data from web-pages and APIs, analyze and parse the scraped data to increase its granularity and storing it Relational databases and Excel sheets.

Academic courses & previous projects have provided me with a solid foundation in the tools, processes, and methodologies involved in analyzing large datasets and leveraging it to meet the goals of the organization. I have developed excellent communication and collaboration skills by collaborating on academic projects. Given my background & experience in Information Sciences I am highly interested in being a part of the Strategy team at MkThink.

Meticulous attention to detail, a methodical approach and an innate curiosity for exploring and experimenting with data, make me a strong contender for the position.
