Sample cover letter for Internship position at Morgan Stanley

POSITION:

Insight Program

GOT THE JOB? Yes

To whom it may concern,

My passion for finance goes beyond the academic realm as i understand its significance in our everyday life and while i have already had some work experience I would love to be given the chance to further build on them so that i could learn more about the industry and simply meet challenges that will benefit me long term.

Apart from being self-motivated and determined to always complete goals with both enthusiasm and sufficiency, I believe that responsibility and commitment are vital when attempting a task which is why I believe that I would be a perfect candidate for this role as i am prepared to work hard and benefit from the program immensely.

In addition to what you may have already gathered from my CV, I am able to adapt very well to various situations; particularly those completely new to me. I love to build and maintain positive relationships with everyone around me which is another “skill” that i have developed participating in activities and volunteering sometimes out of my comfort zone.

Lastly, Morgan Stanley is a world renowned firm which will help me significantly to enter the world of finance so I would love to be given the opportunity to be amongst such great and inspiring people. As I have also learnt many things and had an unforgettable experience working at JP.Morgan, I believe that the Step In Step Up programme will enhance my skills and interest as I am eager to learn new things.

Thank you for taking your time to consider my application.
