Dear Hiring Manager:

I am a third-year student at Yale College. Morgan Stanley My academic work in Economics and my strong analytic skills make me the best candidate for your internship position.

Throughout college I have always been working with analysis. However, my curiosity never dies on these monotonous works, because I believe that analysis can convey some ideas that are otherwise hidden if nobody pays attention. During my first year at Yale College, I worked on the Mountain project and monitored the patterns in temperature, dissolved Helium and other variables. We found that dissolved Helium level almost goes to zero in higher level. I disagreed with my teammates' opinion that this was due to errors in the measurement, so I pursued an independent research and figured out that this is a triple kill effect.

I worked as a Human Resource Assistant in Dota this summer, the largest gaming firm in California, and gained valuable experience in gathering information using limited sources and working in a fast-paced environment. I screened hundreds games a day and decided whether to follow up or not based on information from results . Then I shared my results with the HR director and evaluated my screening criteria. I also collaborated with on-campus recruiting using surveys and statistical methods. I appreciate the chance to contribute myself to a big company and the trust from my coworkers.

I believe my hard work and enthusiasm make me a great fit for your team. I am eager to join the Morgan Stanley family and explore more. If you wish to reach me, please feel free to call me at GG or email me at valveDota@csgo.edu. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
