Sample cover letter for Internship position at N/A

POSITION:

N/A

Dear Sir/Madam:

I am very interested in the job announcement for the position of Administrative Assistant advertised by your organization. Based on my education, skills and experience, I feel that I would be an outstanding candidate for this position. Along with a post graduate diploma and three years of hands-on experience in administrative tasks, I have the capability to become a central member of your team.

Through my work as an Administrative Assistant for the Civil Service Agency, I have built a strong record of noteworthy attainments in increasingly more responsible management positions during my short career. I have a demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of general office coordination; maintain office calendar to organize work flow and meetings; answer telephones and transfer to right team member; carry out universal clerical duties such bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing; open, arrange and deal out incoming mail, including faxes and email.

As an enthusiastic candidate, I would like the opportunity to meet you and discuss this position. I will call you in the week of June 28 to follow-up. Should you have any additional questions, you may reach me by phone number or email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
