University Professional Program
To whom it may concern,
I would like to express my strong interest in the University Professional Program (UP Program) that your company offer. I am a Master degree student at Sciences Po Lille in Advanced European and International Studies with a major on “Conflict resolution and Development policies” from which I will graduate in 2017.
For many years now, I have been driven by creating a positive impact for communities either at local or international levels. I feel inspired to imagine working for Palladium, a company guided by the same purpose as me. I especially appreciate the work on health system strengthening and capacity building, topics I am familiar with as I dedicated my final thesis to those matters.
Both my multidisciplinary education – at undergraduate and graduate levels – and my professional experiences give me an International Development expertise and a Business acumen preparing me to be a successful junior-level professional at Palladium Group. Evidence of my expertise in International Development and Business can be seen in my responsibilities as Junior Advisor at the Permanent Mission of Côte d’Ivoire to the United Nations for about a year. Working at the Fifth Committee, I have been dealing with the International Negotiation process, Peacebuilding Operations implementation and UN agencies financing on a daily basis. The International Development side has been completed by an on-field volunteer experience in Uganda where I worked on building the local community I was in, a dispensary. I am continuously learning about my domain of expertise assisting to conferences and get to know Development innovations.
In addition of being an International development young professional, I have the mind of a social entrepreneur. I worked for more than a year on developing five social entrepreneurship projects at both local and international level as Enactus Sciences Po Lille’s Team Leader aexcited at the prospect of working for The Palladium Group upon graduation and have enclosed my resume for your review.
