During my stay at college I have worked on variety of projects which has set me on a path of continual learning, as I had to broaden my knowledge and drive into totally unfamiliar territories to succeed in each project. I found this to be challenging as well as enjoyable. Moreover, I want this challenge to continue for which ample opportunities are provided in the consulting sector. The Parthenon Group is amongst the top strategy consulting firms and they provide a host of services to clients in various sectors such as private equity, education, healthcare and technology. The learning curve that can be achieved by working in such a firm is something that I am looking for in my career and hence, I would like to be considered for your full-time Associate position.

The time I have spent at college, developing myself, has been driven by the desire to increase my technical skillset and intellectual inquisitiveness. Always being on the lookout for such opportunities, I have been involved in a spectrum of technical projects. I have successfully applied my analytical and problem solving skills from time to time. Despite being involved in a plethora of activities I have been able to maintain a decent academic record. Through continued efforts to perform as per the best of my abilities, I have managed to publish a conference paper based on the work of my Master’s thesis. I also have a paper under review. The impact of the work I did during my internship this summer demonstrates my strong analytical skills and the ability to get hold of unfamiliar and complex problems quickly. I was responsible to research about a technical advancement, provide exposure to the employees for the same, and provide its pros and cons.

In addition to my strong analytical skills, I believe that my exposure to working in varied projects and my pursuit for continual intellectual development are important qualities that a person applying for this position must possess. I believe that I possess the well-rounded personality required for the job and if given an opportunity I will prove to be an asset to your organisation.
