Lead Client Account Manager
Dear Colleagues,
It was very exciting to learn that Partnership for Supply Chain Management (PFSCM) admitted a strategic decision to bring on board a lead Client Account Manager (CAM) to better implement and support the high quality services we provide to our Principal Recipients and The Global Fund.
With this letter I would like to give a short overview of my background to help you to orient my education, qualifications and professional experience to the general and specific responsibilities of the announced position.
I have joined Pooled Procurement Mechanism (PPM) Project of PFSCM as a CAM 6 months ago and already perceive myself as a legitimate part of this inter- and multinational family. My engagement into the Project went very smoothly not only due to my previous experience of working as a Global Fund’s Principal Recipient but also strong personal skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team and to promptly address the needs of constantly changing environment of the PPM Project.
I was involved in public health projects since 2007 at first assisting and then leading various qualitative and quantitative research and policy projects at sub-national level predominantly with international donors. In mid-2011 I joined the Global Fund Projects Coordinating Team at the Ministry of Health as M&E specialist at first then was promoted to the position of the coordinator of the TB grant where my main activities were conducted at national level ensuring the timely and effective implementation of activities included in the grant budget.
I earned my MD from State Medical University in 2006 and Master of Public Health f in 2009 in parallel completing the 2-year residency program in Psychiatry, Psychopathology and Clinical Psychiatry at National Institute of Health. I was competitively selected to receive a scholarship to complete the Certificate Program in Tobacco Control at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
I am sure this position is very competitive and you will get quite a good pool of highly qualified candidates. However I hope that my education and qualifications coupled with my experience of knowing the both sides (Principal Recipient and PFSCM) of the PPM project will place me ahead of many candidates.
