Business System Assitant

It is with great enthusiasm that I apply for the position of Business Systems Assistant at RMIT Students Group.

I am confident I will add value to your department.

Currently a sophomore in Business IT at RMIT University, I have demonstrated strong academic performance in all programming courses, maintaining a 3.625 GPA in my major. The courses have given me a solid foundation in the tools, and processes involved in database management. I am very confident with my technical skills as they are not just developed from academic environment but also from my hands-on experience on the projects I engaged in.

Additionally, I have completed various jobs in the service sector, including Customer Service Officer at The Hub, RMIT. From this role I gained extensive experience liaising with clients and effective problems solving skills to manage clients’ complaints. I have further developed my ability to work effectively in a team to successfully achieve common goals. 

I truly value this opportunity to grow my current skills, to learn new skills and ensue I am prepared to progress into an internship role in the third year of my studies.
