As a Customer Service Representative, Inside Sales, and Logistics Coordinator for 5 years, I have had the opportunity to implement some additional steps to our customer service department achieving 100% customer satisfaction and a more personalized service. Moreover, without ignoring the importance of building relations with new markets, I expanded our department to

different countries in South America, resulting in higher profits and revenues. Additionally, I developed a method that was applied in our warehouse department accomplishing 99% deliveries and shipment rate on all assignments with no loss of freight.

In addition to my work experience in customer service, sales, and logistics, I am

pursuing a major in Business and a minor in Information Systems. As one of my passions is satisfying customers, I am developing my communication, leaderships, and interpersonal skillsby getting involved in students organizations and being part of the Executive Board.

I am confident that the combination of my professional experience, involvement, and education would make me an asset to your program. This internship would provide me with
