Sample cover letter for Internship position at Roosevelt

POSITION:

Academic Technology Solutions Operator,

Dear ,

This email is in regards to my interest in applying for the Academic Technology Solutions Operator you have posted through Simplicity . On first of September, we had a conversation about this position and your suggestion was to apply through Career development website. While browsing the Symplicity.com I came across with your requirements and responsibilities found it similar to my last internship in International Medical Clinic.

During my internship as Assistant of System Administrator at IMC, I have had the opportunity to improve my skills in computer optimization, networking and maintaining the whole clinic with more than 50 staff members. My responsibilities were varying from technical support and software development. Daily, my time was spent on preparation rooms for video or oral presentation, maintaining software and hardware, ordering supplies for the office and fixing problems that staff members discovered. Outside of main responsibilities I supported with installation new medical equipment and providing instructions for using that equipment. Furthermore, my supervisor gave me a possibility to create a new type of reports for the medical clinic though adding new SQL queries to database.

With my skills and knowledge base, I would be able to work as Academic Technology Solutions Operator, facilitate this process and with my ability to adapt to different situations I would be able to prepare for a variety of projects.

I am currently available for an interview scheduled at your convenience. I have attached my resume detailing my academic knowledge and my technical skills. Thank you, your time and consideration is greatly appreciated.

I look forward to talking with you soon,
