Sample cover letter for Internship position at Smartbox

POSITION:

Marketing assistant

Dear recruiter,

As an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Management, I am writing to apply for an Product Manager internship in your offices based in Dublin. The different positions I occupied amount to the equivalent of more than a year of professional experience in different field of activities and am currently in my 5th year of higher education.

As of December, I have been living in London, working as Business Analyst. I am in charge of multiple data analysis there and act as a business partner for the finance and sales teams. This position requires me working with minimal supervision and with a customer-orientated approach. Before that, I had already proved myself abled to prioritise multiple tasks, working as a Project Manager trainee for XX. I co-designed an internal software to provide risk managers with assessments and dashboards, thus enabling me to obtain a better insight of a compliance standards. I am also used to manipulating sales and marketing tools, which is obviously a must-have for any marketing employee.

My scientific background, along with my specialization in Business during my studies allowed me to develop substantial analytical skills and a good understanding of the business expectations. With the massive growth of international business, I believe I have developed significant knowledge of global markets in many areas and am fully capable of evolving in an English-speaking environment.

I truly enjoy working for an international company in the UK and would now like to move to Ireland and invest my experience into Smartbox growth.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon and I strongly believe that my motivation, personal skills and studies will allow me to excel in a training position with you.

Best regards,
