Risk-Cyber Threat Management

Dear Sir/Madam

Greetings,

I would like to apply for a summer internship program with Risk-Cyber Threat Management. I learned about Ernst & Young from the career fair held at Syracuse University.

I have over 18 months of work experience as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte Consulting and within this role I worked on successful SAP implementations for major manufacturing clients of Deloitte Consulting. I gained technical and functional expertise in integrating SAP systems with 3rd party applications using different technologies. I have completed an internal Deloitte certification in ITIL v3 Foundation which helped me gain a systematic and professionally valued approach to best practices methodology.

I am currently majoring in Information Management at the iSchool, Syracuse University. While I have a background in Information Systems, my emphasis is mainly on Enterprise Risk Management. I worked on a project as part of my curriculum which helped me gain skills such as

  • Identifying potential risks
  • Risk Mitigation
  • Contingency Planning
  • Performing Root Cause Analysis
  • Measuring and monitoring risks based on qualitative and quantitative approaches

I feel that your firm places prominence on similar areas and serving as an intern at your firm will help me in getting further exposure I need for my career advancement.

Sincerely,

Bhavana Mandava
