I have worked with  a global accounting and advisory firm, for a period of eight years. I am a Manager and my experience includes Business Process Improvement, Finance Function Transformations, Performance Management Framework Review, Strategy Reviews and Development Advisory Services.

I have just recently concluded the developments of a Strategic Plan for a Fund set up to provide telecommunication services in rural, unserved and underserved areas of Nigeria. On this project, I developed the key strategic imperatives and key programmes and projects o be implemented by the Fund over a five year horizon. I also documented an Annual Operational Plan for the first year of the strategic plan highlighting key projects for the year, key dependencies, projects teams and Key Performance Indicators. I am currently in the process of supporting the Fund in the tracking and monitoring of the implementation of the Strategic and Annual Plans.

I have worked with a range of culturally diverse team members and clients and have learnt to adapt my communication style to suit my audience.
