I am very interested in interning with Morgan Stanley. My pursuit of a position in investment banking is rooted in my inherent interest in analyzing businesses across a variety of industries. I enjoy if they are viable investment opportunities or figuring out how to make them more efficient, more scalable, and more sellable.

My academic and previous work and internship experience make me the perfect candidate for Merrill Lynch’s Summer Analyst Program. Marianne Hawkins, Merrill Lynch’s Senior Analyst, recommended that I write you in regards to the position in hopes that I can apply and interview with you prior to the October 31st deadline.

Besides my academic career, I am convinced that my active membership of a student society and my experience in a broad range of sports created awareness for strong team values and a natural appetite for victory.
