POSITION:

Dear Sir/Madame,

I am a junior at the [   ] studying Finance and OPIM

with a minor in Computer Science am interested in working within the Office of Financial

Institutions. My background in performing quantitative analysis, drafting assessment reports,

conducting market research, and briefing executives would be a strong fit for the Office of

Financial Institutions.

I believe my collection of analytical, written communications, and client skills will add value to

the Office from day one. Currently, I am part of the [       ]

conduct market research analysis and write memos to the president and vice president of the club

on more than 20 real estate companies. Additionally, I prepare priority materials for the monthly

Deal Meeting, where top executives of the club convene to discuss the latest strategy and deal

recommendations. For a series of meetings, I prepared proposals for strategic investment in a late

stage REIT startup. This proposal included target market research, valuation by comparables,

and modeling a cash-for- equity financing deal.

Furthermore, I spent my summer last year at the City of [  ]s Mayor Office within their

the analyses to define the Department’s website experiences and owned the product

enhancements requests. In particular, I worked with design, development, content, and analytics

teams to prioritize product enhancements and conducted user research to inform product

enhancements.

Working for the Treasury and the Office of Financial Institutions requires the intellectual rigor

and team leadership that I have demonstrated while in college. I welcome the opportunity to

interview for a Fall internship at the Office of Financial Institutions.
