WoodMac’s long-time experience in consulting is another reason why I want to join. Looking specifically for a foreign consulting firm to enrich my working experience during the summer, I believe that WoodMac is the perfect place for me to spend my time in Beijing. Other than the work itself, I also feel much more comfortable and more relatable when working in an international enjoinment and using English.

The past few summer I was lucky enough to work in various industry such as advertisement, marketing, and engineer. Last summer I interned for The One Show Award, one of the largest awards in the advertising industry. During my internship, I was able to gain considerable amount of communication skills and expand my network with many top professionals in the field. Most importantly, my biggest take away from the internship was my experience on promoting and branding the well recognized award in the unexplored market in China. Although these works might not sound relatable with what I will be doing at WoodMac, the problem solving and analytical skills required to do the work are much similar.

Given the opportunity, I am confident that my past working experience would help me to work with other teammates and accomplish any tasks successfully. I am also exited to have to chance to meet others and hear their stories in the consulting industry.
