With a strong at Nolan, I involved in the whole stage of a multi-million plant upgrade project from concept to implementation. By taking part in a team full of experts from different industries, I gained not only extensive improvement in interpersonal and communication skills but also the ability to work effectively as part of a team. In addition, I have also successfully proven my leadership skills by getting hold of each team member’s potential and effectively delegating tasks to the right person.

With an extreme enthusiasm for becoming a professional civil designer, I also make time during weekend to enhance my skills in civil design. By working on numerous personal design projects, I have successfully demonstrated my strong analytical skills as well as an exceptional time management skills. This reinforces my belief that I have a perfect foundation with which to build upon at Diona Contractors.
