First, it is way to wordy. General rule of thumb is try to say it all (in a cover letter) in 3 paragraphs. And you have a typo. (defiantly should be definitely) And in a professional letter you want to avoid contractions (I'd I'm... things like that. Say I did, I would" And I would avoid using quotes of things you said to yourself. 

I did a basic 'rewrite' using almost all of your words. I'm not saying it's brilliant, but an example of condensing down your four LONG paragraphs into three concise and to the point paragraphs)
