I have nearly 1 years’ experience working in customer service with over 6 months in a retail setting. Whilst working at B&Q some of my duties included dealing with customer enquiries, cash handling and stock management, all of which allowed me to develop a strong and focused approach towards providing customer service as well as improve my people skills allowing me to work effectively within a team or individually using my initiative.
