- People are generally seen as the most important asset to an organization, they are the drivers of daily activities and are required to co-ordinate parts of the business, operate machines etc. There are very high costs of training people so firms don’t want to lose employees as they usually invest a lot in their people. Employees are also a key part of the Intellectual Property of an organization. For example a high level management course for finance would be worth around £10,000. In good organizations, people tend to get in to the office earlier and don’t rush away at the end of the day as they enjoy spending time there.
