Dear Hiring Manager,

This letter and the attached resume serve as my application for the desired position. I believe my skills, academic training, and work experience at Insurance Ireland The Voice of Insurance for 6 months are a good fit for the position.

I have developed strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills through coursework in Network & Application Services. In addition, my hands-on experience in various projects and during my time at Insurance Ireland supports my qualifications in being a Helpdesk Engineer.

During my Bachelors in Network & Application Services and Network Technologies, I developed strong computer skills in Servers, Network Security, Network Management, MS Office, Hardware Maintenance, and Programming. I have an ability to grow with a job, handle responsibility and build positive relationships with work peers at all levels. I have implemented innovative ideas and being as leader of the Project Team, we had a successfully completed project which was home security system using Raspberry pi+, Arduino, breadboard where all of the LEDs, temperature sensor and features such as a text to mobile and Live Video Website.

At Insurance Ireland – The Voice of Insurance, I worked as intern but the position was leaning towards Assistance Helpdesk Engineer and I demonstrated leadership ability by owning Content Management System module from the project with over thirty active members. In this effort, I honed my ability to make good decisions, plan and organize my time, work well on a team, and have developed sound interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills. Apart from technical skills, I have also participated in “Go Green” non-profit organization, a cleaning campaign around the campus. Finally, I bring an entrepreneurial to this position, as evidenced by my experience in various firms.
