I am writing to apply for the above post with Light House with reference to the vacancy advertisement in the Nation Newspaper of 10 May 2016. As a holder of a bachelor’s degree in accountancy obtained from the Catholic University of Malawi, I am extremely excited of the opening at Light House Trust because I feel that I can be of service and an asset to your organisation. 

I am a young and hardworking man with good interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills. I am currently working with EMJ advisory as an audit assistant and I have also worked with Telekom Networks Malawi as a treasury department official on an internship. Furthermore, I am well vested in Microsoft programmes namely; Word, Excel and Power point to be specific. I also have practical knowledge of SAP accounting package as well as PCP audit programme.

In addition, throughout my academic and working life, I have accumulated and developed a number of skills but are not limited to self-review , obedient, preparation of statutory financial statements, bank reconciliations, tax computation just to mention but a few. Commitment and dedication are my daily to day driving force.
