Sample cover letter for Full Time position at loreal

POSITION:

Account executive

Considering the fact that I have worked as a marketing professional in Cosmetics industry for seven years, I am confident that I am now ready for a Marketing Manager position at Sephora. With a solid background of the cosmetics retail business along with a keen interest in working for one of the most popular retail outlets in the cosmetics industry, I look forward to a chance to utilize my skills in managing promotional activities for the company.

I always enjoy difficult challenges which is why I would like to shift my focus from a “comfortable” job to an “exigent” one where I have the opportunity to add more with my marketing skills. I have working knowledge of ways and strategies to retain existing business and to ensure new business opportunities especially where cosmetics are concerned. Understanding the target market for this business, I have the ability to implement integrated marketing plans which result in both increasing customer base and revenues for the business. With my experience in this industry, I know just when recommendations for ongoing improvements are needed and when retention initiatives are in order.

I am quite excited at the prospect of working for Sephora to contribute to its success. I will call you within a few days to follow up on my application and see if we can arrange a time to meet. Alternately, please feel free to call me at (222) 222-0102 if you need any more information that will help support the claims in the enclosed resume.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
