To Whom It May Concern,

I am submitting my resume to be considered for a Production internship position located in your New York area.

I am interested in interning for the Spring 2016 semester and it would be a true accomplishment of mine to be able to work for one of the largest companies, NBC, yet again. Interning here in the spring 2015 semester has opened up so many hands on learning opportunities for me and allowed me to grow. Spending three full years in the television and digital media program at Montclair State University and getting hands on experience with news writing, pitching ideas, interviewing fellow peers, and challenging myself has led me to realize that this is where I belong. I am hard working, compassionate and feel I have what it takes to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. I plan to put forth my best effort and continue to learn as much as I can about the in’s and the outs of producing entertainment television as one of your interns.

I believe I will prove myself to be a valuable asset to have around and help contribute new ideas to your organization in many ways.
