I would love forward my application for the position of Beauty Advisor with your team. I have over 5 years experience within the makeup industry and 6 years within the customer service industry. Throughout my career, I have always excelled when it comes to sales. When working at urban decay I was asked to take the position of counter manager even though I had only worked there for 5 months and my work colleagues were older and had more experience than me. This proves my ability in reaching and excelling my goals and targets.
When working at urban decay I learnt the importance of building a strong rapport with your customers and I had many customers that only shopped at the counter because of the advice I provided them with. I increased the counters profits by 23% within the first 5 months of me taking over the counter. I did this by making sure I had a strong as passionate team and holding events on counter to keep our customers coming back for something new and exciting.
