I am writing to apply for the Shell Graduate program as you will note from my attached CV, am a second class Upper graduate of Library and Information Science from University of , am interested in the application of Information Technology in Information management, with my under graduate project focused on the effect of Social network sites on students performance.

I am particularly interested in this company. From my finding, I am aware of the fact that this organization has one of the world’s largest IT operations. Information Technology jobs at Shell being global puts it at the forefront of innovative IT. This philosophy resonates with me as it offers excellent development opportunities and will allow me put in to proper use my skills which have developed through both my studies and employment experience.

I have put my course theory into practice in a variety of ways, most effectively as a Corps member at  Army School of Supply and Transport,  where I served as the librarian and IT assistant.
