Sample cover letter for Internship position at start up

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to ask you kindly to give me the opportunity to do some training work. This ideally will be for a three months starting at the beginning of June until the end of August 2016.

I am currently in my third year of a four year Master program at the Business School BBA INSEEC in Lyon, France. Rigorous and dynamic, I am also curious and my very first quality is adaptation. Currently I am seeking to complement my experience with some training in marketing in order to acquire the background necessary for a future career. Indeed, being able to design the supply of a product and analyze consumer expectations are aspects that have always attracted me.

As experiences ; I worked in the tourism sector as a tour guide during the summers 2014 and 2015, which allowed me to develop my interpersonal skills and my sense of organization by managing groups of thirty people. Also as part of my studies, I had the chance to do two internships in New York that helped me improve my English and allowed me to discover the "American way of life."

Having the opportunity to train in this area in your company in Copenhagen would be for me a great opportunity; I believe that you will find me a valued candidate, as the impending training experience should enable me to apply my academic knowledge to the real working world.
