I constantly contacted customers via phone calls and emails to ensure that all aspects of the situation were captured and customer issues were clearly addressed. With a 100% customer satisfaction rate, I was nominated for the regional quarterly reward. While delivering optimal solutions to the customers, I cooperated with three other technical analysts to design, create and present a proof of concept mobile application. The positive reviews received after the presentation proved my ability to multi-task and work under a tight schedule. Currently I am strengthening my understanding of human-computer interactions by participating in this field of research as an undergraduate research assistant.
