Projectors have a wide range of uses such as for streaming movies, playing video games, watching YouTube/sports, etc. and streaming music. For the purposes of this challenge, think about a projector in the context of an in-home environment for your family parties/gatherings.
Imagine you are in the market for a personal-use projector. When you get to the store you start to skim over the options and come across one such option that comes with a free companion app.
A companion app is an app that lets you control and set up a device (in this case the projector) easily and enables you to make the most out of your device.
For this projector, all you have to do is download the app on your phone or tablet and you’ll be able to control the projector right from your device. We want to know what features and functionality this app has that would make you purchase this projector over the others to set the mood for your gatherings and entertain your guests!
How do you typically set the ambiance for your parties?
- If applicable, how do you set up things like lighting, screen displays, music, on-screen activities/games, other interactive elements, etc.?
- Where do you get your inspiration? Do you search for ideas right before or do you save them somewhere?
