Today's consumers display a strong preference for customized products. Advancements in manufacturing and technology, such as 3D printing, "smart" devices, and eCommerce, have expanded the possibilities for such desired customization. As a global manufacturer of shaving products, we want to impress consumers with customized shaving products that meet their unique needs and preferences!
Deliverables
We are interested in how we can take the customization of shaving products to the next level. Specifically, please answer the following:
- 1. What kind of shaving product customization would be exciting to you?
- 2. What personal information would we need to know from a consumer to make your customized shaving product a reality? (Ex: consumer location; body scan; type of hair, etc)
- 3. What technology would make this shaving product customization possible?
- 4. Why would this customization improve your shaving experience?
- 5. What would you name your idea for a customized shaving product? *Please also use this name as your submission title.
Bonus: Provide a visual (sketches, drawings, CAD renderings, mock-ups, charts, videos, graphs, etc) to support your idea. This is highly encouraged!
