Note: This challenge is open to all solvers, but we are especially interested in solutions from users in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Not so long ago, hair removal happened at home. Be it via razor, depilatory creams, waxing, or plucking, it was a do-it-yourself process. But now, as spas and laser treatments become more accessible and affordable, younger people are turning to professional services instead of at-home hair removal products.

While professional services are nice, we believe consumers would love the ability to keep their hair removal process in the home. We want your ideas for reinventing the at-home hair removal process. We're open to anything and everything, from processes, products, and ingredients to out-of-the-box options.

Help us reinvent the at-home hair removal process. Specifically, answer the following questions in detail:

  1. What would your ideal at-home hair removal process look like? Explain what products, tools, and processes you would follow, and why. If your solution is for a specific body part, make sure to identify the body part.
  2. What is missing, from current in-home solutions, that you wish was possible? Why is that solution important?
  3. What are the pros and cons of removing hair at home?
  4. What are the most important body parts to ensure hair is fully removed?

We want new ideas that are creative and unique, with deep, specific details instead of general thoughts.
