Our sales team is comprised of people just like you who sell our products out in their own communities.  We provide the access to quality products, and our sales reps promote and sell them in order to build a personal business.   Sales reps are typically promoting and selling products to customers through one-on-one conversations, events, and socially online.

There are a variety of product options for reps to sell, including nutritional supplements, protein bars, make-up, and skincare products. Today, we are focusing specifically on our reps' ability and comfort level selling skincare products. These skin care products help to cleanse, moisturize, and repair the skin.

As a company, we want to make sure  that more of the sales reps are capable and comfortable selling the skincare products. Our beauty products are designed to unleash a customer's inner confidence.  What is a digital solution that Amway should use to help our sales reps feel equally comfortable and confident when selling them?

Imagine that you are one of our reps and you're going to start selling our skincare products.

Think of a creative digital solution that Amway could offer to make YOU feel more comfortable taking on skincare as one of the product types that you sell.

Ultimately, your idea for a digital solution should be something that would allow you to be more effective as a sales rep and should play a role during the actual sale.  Your idea may relate to one or several parts of the sale, from understanding customers' needs to communicating benefits to actually facilitating the sale of skincare products.

Specifically, answer the following:

  1. Propose a novel idea for a digital solution (tool, experience, interface, resource, etc.) that Amway could provide that would help YOU to feel more comfortable adopting skincare as one of the product types you sell.   Your proposed idea should ideally do the following:
    1. make you more confident and effective as a sales rep
    2. appeal to customers and grab their attention
  2. Explain why would your idea help to make YOU feel more comfortable selling skincare products?

Avoid:  Please avoid ideas around price manipulation, physical samples, and marketing.  We are looking for truly novel ideas!
