You just landed a great new job at an awesome company with a good culture fit for you. The hiring process was smooth and you’re ready to really get going in your new role. Now is the time to be onboarded and begin your transition from candidate to employee.

You’ll be training, getting your email set up, meeting your coworkers, better understanding your role, figuring out which break room has the best coffee and more, but what is the ideal way to get all these things done? Is there a new employee portal to teach you the ropes of internal data systems or a buddy system to show you around the office?
