More and more businesses have included social media as part of their marketing strategy and they are utilizing different social media strategies to improve their internet presence, reach potential new clients, and grow their business.
Some mortgage providers are integrating social media to engage with prospective clients by offering information about mortgages, rates; and clients of mortgage companies are using social media to share their experience with others.
We are interested in learning from solvers about their social media behavior and who or what influences them from social media.
Deliverables
Please answer the following questions in detail:
- How do the opinions you see shared on social media impact your own beliefs and opinions?
- How important are the opinions shared in social media when you are looking for a new home or for a mortgage? Give specific examples, if possible.
- What kind of mortgage information would you be most interested in learning about via social media?
