Maintaining a successful, growing company means being able to get the best new hires in a competitive industry. The best way to do that is to stand out as the most attractive, desirable company to work for among the many options top recruits have.
We want your help understanding what makes one employer stand out from all the others. Think about what makes a company the obvious choice when presented with multiple jobs, the things that transcend salary and location.
Deliverables
Tell us how we can stand out from other employers in a competitive field. Specifically, answer the following questions in detail:
- What must a company offer you to make you consider them as an employer? Provide specific and detailed examples, including necessary benefits, work environment, and more.
- How can the reputation and actions of a company's leadership make you more interested in them as an employer?
- Describe what an inclusive, diverse company looks like to you, in terms of people, programs, and environment.
- What types of companies appeal to you when job hunting? Do you look for employment with an innovative company? What companies come to mind when you think of "innovative" companies? Tell us what you think "innovative" means?
- What do you think about a company that has locations outside your home country? Is this something you look for or does it discourage you? Why?
