When buying prescription eyewear, consumers seem to experience two very distinct journeys: one for the frames and one the prescription lenses.
For frames, consumers are often given a wide range of options with brands, features, and benefits that are easily recognizable and understandable.
Conversely, for prescription lenses, there seems to be less clarity on brand options or the product's features/benefits.
Our company produces Ray-Ban® eyeglasses. With your help, we would like to understand what innovative features or benefits can be added to create a better prescription lenses.
