The way companies engage with talent is changing. Companies are now on the lookout for new skill sets, new ways of working and different hiring strategies. Finding the right talent and building the right culture has never been more important. We want to hear your thoughts and ideas on what the future of work and talent acquisition looks like. 

Deliverables

1. What is the next big skill set that companies will want/need? (e.g. It is/was data CS, data analytics, AI, etc.)

     a) Why did you pick this skill set? 

     b) Why is it important for the future? 

2. Do you see the interview process changing? If yes, how? 

     a) Will there be new products/services built for hiring? 

     b) What does this product/service look like? 

3) What changes would you want to see in the talent acquisition/hiring process? 

4) Is the future of work in person, remote or hybrid?
