Financial needs and expectations change and evolve with each new generation. As a bank, we want to be sure we are adapting and meeting the needs of all customers and community members. That is why we want to turn directly to the Gen Z audience and ask: What does the ideal bank look like to you?

If you were born between 1996 and 2001, this challenge is for you!

How would you design the perfect bank. How would you interact with your bank? What services would be available? Would your bank play a new role in your life?

Help us reimagine banking and share your great ideas!

Deliverables

This challenge is intended for Gen Z participants only. Please only submit a response if you were born between 1996 and 2001.

Tell us what your ideal bank looks like. Specifically, answer the following:

  1. If you could design the perfect bank, what would it look like? Think about the technologies, services, banking products, and/or capabilities the bank would offer.
    1. What specific banking products/services, mobile app, or online capabilities would your bank have?
  2. What are the top 2 or 3 features that stand out the most when viewing an advertisement from your bank (online, on a poster, on a banner, etc.)? What will your bank do to stand out from other financial institutions?
  3. What are the kind of services you would like to get from your bank? What would you expect them to offer you as a customer?
  4. What would be your preferred method of communication from your bank (i.e., email, phone call, text, through an app, etc.)
  5. How do you envision a bank to communicate with you about:
    1. Your finances
    2. Financial planning
    3. Financial advice
