Eide Bailly is one of the top 25 certified public accounting firms in the United States, with a century of experience and a strong presence stretching from the midwest to the West Coast. Eide Bailly is currently in the middle of bold five year plan to double in size. To achieve this goal, the company needs to do everything it can to distinguish itself in the minds of recruits from the industry’s most well-known competitors, PWC, Deloitte, EY, and KPMG.
Deliverables
What is a comprehensive plan Eide Bailly can use to differentiate itself from the “Big 4” CPA firms? Your solutions should include a detailed response to each of the following questions:
- How can we differentiate ourselves from a recruiting standpoint? What are some media and marketing approaches, as well as aspects of corporate culture, that can be focused on at Eide Bailly to make us stand out as a fantastic employer for new hires?
- What can we do on campus that will help convince students to consider a career at Eide Bailly? We are interested in knowing which companies you see on campus and what presence and tactics they use to make a positive impression on you and your peers.
