Next Challenge: What is your idea for a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to mineral oil? |
Pantry cabinets are used in the kitchen to hold various types of non-perishable food items and all sorts of other cans, bags, and containers. Pantry cabinets have storage limitations and issues including the following:
Storage: Cabinets do not make the most efficient use of the space they take upAccessibility: Some items cannot be reached by some or all users
Visibility: Items are blocked from view or cannot be seen because of darkness
We already have many existing designs for pantry cabinets but are looking for exciting and new designs that and deatures that solve one or more of the above issues.
Design a pantry cabinet that solves one or more of the issues listed above:
1. An explanation of your cabinet and any of it’s unique features
2. A drawing, rendering, mock up, CAD design, or any image of your cabinet and it’s features (Don’t make a cabinet that is the same as one of our existing designs!)
Important notes:
- The best submissions will be ORIGINAL, CREATIVE and OUTSIDE THE BOX. We’re looking for brand new ideas, even if they are a little bit crazy!
- Submissions will be judged on if they are new to Cabinet Co, not on their artistic merit
- Consider a cabinet with dimensions similar to those listed in the existing designs! (~24”x ~24 x ~90”)
