Many appliances in the home have not seen a major technological upgrade in decades. However, occasionally we see an innovative company completely change the way we think about an appliance (e.g. the Nest thermostat). Describe which home appliance is most in need of an upgrade, and propose one way technology might improve this device over the next 5 years.
