We are only interested in solutions from solvers who have purchased a home and have a mortgage or are planning to purchase a home in the next 12 months and apply for a mortgage and are located in Canada, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

Buying a home is a commitment many of us think through repeatedly. We ask family and friends for opinions. We do hours of online research. We speak with bankers, financial advisors, realtors, and anyone who will listen. 

But whose advice should you trust? For a first-time homebuyer, it can be hard to figure out. That's especially true when you get conflicting information, or when your friends and family may not have been through the home buying process in many years.
